Yoga for wellness is an introductory class based Gentle Hatha Yoga. This class is intended for beginners with no previous experience and for those with ongoing practice. It addresses the needs of all students whether new to yoga or with regular practice. A basic introduction of asanas or postures, pranayam or breathing, deep relaxation and guided mediation is practiced with some background into the history and science of Yoga. Emphasis is given to the alignment of the poses with the awareness of breath. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind, but helps you deepen into your asana practice to tone and strengthen, improves circulation bringing the body to balance to reduce stress and increased

6-week Beginner level integral Yoga for individuals of age 15 and above.It helps increase flexibility, mobility & strength, improve immunity & health, and promote a sense of peace & well being. No prior yoga experience required. **Important Note: Not suitable for pregnant women.
